The Dahlias are an ensemble of acrobats based in San Francisco. As one of the four founding members of the group, I have led the concept and brand development through ongoing marketing strategies, and I design our costumes.
In a niche market, we developed the branding to be bold and confident to appeal to exclusive private events and set the ensemble apart from its competitors. Within six months of launch, the Dahlias have performed for Ferrari, the Ritz Carlton, and at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
For the Ritz Carlton’s underwater themed gala, I created costumes inspired by bioluminescent sea life and mermaid folklore. The costumes have optional LED accents and the fabric is radiant and shimmery under stage lighting.
